RETURN OF GOODS POLICY/REFUNDS
We currently have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to return it.
We will happily issue a full refund or an exchange within 30 days of purchase, providing you have proof of purchase, so please remember to hang on to your electronic receipt or have your proof of purchase email. It is imperative that the item is in perfect resalable condition (including all packaging and tags attached). If the item has been used, damaged in any way we cannot offer a refund. Unfortunately we do not offer free returns.
Christmas Returns – We are extending our Christmas return period. Any orders purchased between the 1st November 2024 and the 16th December 2024 can be returned for an exchange or refund up until the 13th January 2025. Orders placed after the 16th December 2024 are subject to our regular returns timeframes. Have a great Christmas!

Please note we do not provide paperwork within the parcel to save on waste. All paperwork and tracking information is sent via email or text.
If you have received an item as a gift, you may return the item for an exchange for a different size or colour (within 30 days). Please let us know the details when returning the item.
It is the buyer’s responsibility to get the item to us safely, we suggest using a trackable signed for service. Refunds exclude the original shipping cost.
Please return to us with your name, order number if you have one and also the action needed, e.g. change to a different size or if you wish a full refund etc
Please ensure the item you wish to exchange is in stock. It may be worth purchasing the correct colour and size and then returning the item that you no longer want.
We cannot exchange items that were in the sale for a full price item in a different colour or size.
Misused products include items used for a purpose different from that intended, as well as items not looked after.
We cannot except returns after 30 days so please don’t send them. There will be a cost to you to return them.
We will aim to get all exchanges out as soon as possible, look out for any shipping emails from us.
If you send any items without any paperwork enclosed then we will have no way to identify who they are from, even if you have contacted us prior.
If you return a robe within the 30 days and do not want an exchange or a credit note we will deduct the original postage cost from the refunded amount being £4.75.
If you have selected the wrong size and wish for an exchange there will be a postage cost of £4.75 for the replacement to be posted out to you.
FAULTY GOODS
We are sorry to hear that you have a problem with your purchase. If the product you bought from us has a fault, please contact by either phone (07970 409921) or email (info@hestt.co.uk). We will ask for the item to be returned to us and may require a short explanation of what has happened and sometimes a photo to help us understand the issue. We will require a proof of purchase.
For items that are faulty within 30 days of purchase we will offer a full refund, repair or exchange.
Within 12 months of purchase, we will either seek to replace the product or repair it free of charge, conditions apply.
We do ask that all faulty returned goods are sent dry and clean and are sent in suitable packaging.
